3 Speed Turboforce 3000 Series 3 4 HP Rating Electric Meat Grinder
Purchased this STX TURBOFORCE 3000 SERIES" - 3 SPEED - 3000 WATT PEAK OUTPUT POWER - ELECTRIC MEAT GRINDER 2 years ago and it has served well. Don't like
buying ground chop meat because butchers add other scraps into the
ground beef. Hence, I buy Chuck, and grind it myself. I get pure meat
with some fat. But, the end product is about 90% lean and I know what's
in the finished product.
Machine works well and easy to clean. Worth
every penny. There are several attachments for making sausage. Being a
fan of Middle East Cooking, I use one of the attachments for making
Bulgar Kufta, and stuff the hollow shell with precooked ground beef
mixture, and either fry or boil.
