3 Speed Turboforce 3000 Series 3 4 HP Rating Electric Meat Grinder

Purchased this STX TURBOFORCE 3000 SERIES" - 3 SPEED - 3000 WATT PEAK OUTPUT POWER - ELECTRIC MEAT GRINDER 2 years ago and it has served well. Don't like buying ground chop meat because butchers add other scraps into the ground beef. Hence, I buy Chuck, and grind it myself. I get pure meat with some fat. But, the end product is about 90% lean and I know what's in the finished product.

Machine works well and easy to clean. Worth every penny. There are several attachments for making sausage. Being a fan of Middle East Cooking, I use one of the attachments for making Bulgar Kufta, and stuff the hollow shell with precooked ground beef mixture, and either fry or boil.

When I disassembled the grinding assembly I found almost no usable meat left behind the plate and only some fat and sinew that collected around the outside of the grinding tube. Everything washed up nicely and I oiled (canola oil) the steel parts lightly to prevent rust before they were stowed away.

Another reason I've enjoyed working with this 3 Speed Turboforce 3000 Series 3 4 HP Rating Electric Meat Grinder is that it is easy to assemble/disassemble, and therefore fairly easy to clean. No having to fetch a long or unusually shaped scrubber to reach into those hard-to-get places; just a dishcloth will suffice. The Turboforce 3000 is quieter than I expected as well. The crunching of the bones going through is louder than the grinder itself!

Bulgar needs to be cooked first and made into a paste with use of food processor. Thereafter you can extrude it using this grinder...Fantastic meat grinder! you cant slow this thing down!!! My wife and I have made sausage links several times since getting this grinder at Christmas!
